Dear Valued Patient,

Sadly, I am writing to inform you that Village Crossing Women 's Health will be closing on April 1, 2024. Because of a recent medical diagnosis, I can no longer provide patient care. I recommend that you see either Dr, Christopher Serrano or Dr. Michelle Muldrow, both of whom I have practiced with for many years and will have access to your medical records. I have listed their contacts to the right. Until further notice, please call Karen Vargas at 210-404-2800 or email her at livewell@sarx.rr.com should you decide that you would like a personal copy of your medical records or have them forwarded to the physician of your choice. It has truly been an honor for me to become a part of your life, taking care of grandmothers, mothers, daughters, cousins, nieces and friends as well as helping families expand. You have given so much to me and helped me grow both personally and professionally. I feel like I've accomplished my goal that I set when I opened the practice, which was to take care of each patient like family. However, the time has come to start a new chapter.
